It may seem overwhelming, being out here on the surface of Mars, with so many avenues of progress available to you each day. Don’t let that stop you from growing your Colony with confidence using these basic tips!

Prioritize Your Growth

No matter how much you’d like to have an instant colony, it’s just not feasible. Maintain your discipline and focus on upgrading the following first and foremost:

	Core Reactor - Upgrading your Core Reactor basically unlocks all of your growth potential, like access to new Buildings, entry into different Events, and joining an Alliance. Of course, in order to raise the level of your Core Reactor, you need to upgrade other buildings along the way.
	Heroes - Leveling up your Hero brigade is the main way to increase your Force Power. Starring them up provides your Hero with more skills, some of which can speed up things like Gathering, while some skills increase your Hero’s abilities in combat.
	Troops - The more troops you have fighting for you, the higher-rated Swarms you can defeat to claim Resources.

Chapter Tasks

Chapter Tasks are an essential element of the game, serving as a comprehensive guide for the story, progression, and mechanics. By completing these jobs, you'll unlock vital Features, Buildings, and Resources, in addition to earning consistent and valuable Rewards. Make it your goal to complete them as often and as quickly as you can. 

Construction Considerations

As mentioned above, upgrading your Core Reactor should be the main focus of your Colony’s growth, due to all the important features that it controls. Therefore, your ultimate goal is to continue its upward trajectory. In order to do that, you’ll need to upgrade other buildings as well. Here’s a helpful look at what order to upgrade those other buildings.

Troop Camps - Not only do you want to increase your Troop Capacity, but by upgrading the Camps, you can get higher-level Aircraft, Mobile, and Tank Troops, which will help you conquer higher-rated foes.
Gas Station - This will help increase the speed at which you can train your Troops.
Cyborg Lab - Upgrading this can unlock more skills and increase ancillary boosts like Gathering and Resource Production.
Council Hall - The better your Council Hall, the more help you and give and receive from your Alliance.

That’s not to say all the other buildings in your Colony aren’t important… These simply help how fast your Colony can grow.

Second Construction Queue

This is a no-brainer… If you want to grow quickly, it’s beneficial to have twice as many construction crews working at any given moment! Save up the 500 Powerstones and grab this integral feature so that you can double your Construction capacity. 

Join an Alliance

Joining an Alliance provides protection, support, and strategic opportunities. Collaborate with Alliance members to share resources and coordinate attacks. Active participation in Alliance Events not only strengthens your Colony but also enhances your ability to secure key objectives in future battles. This is by far one of the best ways to increase your progression speed!

Participate in Events

Keep up to date with the Events and Challenges that are regularly in progress. They provide valuable rewards such as rare items, special equipment, and experience points crucial for advancing your Colony and enhancing your Heroes. Participating actively in Events not only accelerates your progress but can also foster Alliances and friendships to help you in the long run.

Never Be Idle

No matter what, you should always have your queues full and running, whether that means sending Troops to gather Resources, having your Construction Queues constantly upgrading your buildings, Training all of your Troop types, and making sure your Cyborg Lab is humming along, Researching the best ways to improve your Colony. Monopolize your downtime by setting up your queues to work on tasks which take a longer amount of time before you log off.
